In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the api69 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and api69.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on api69, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. api69 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where the Member is found to be under the minimum age.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by api69 or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers. All accounts must be registered and operated by the individual named on the account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of api69, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

api69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the api69 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a Restricted Activity and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid email address used solely by you.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your preferred bank account or e-wallet details for the purposes of deposit and withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Any material change to your personal details — including changes to your registered bank account — must be reported to our support team and may require additional KYC verification before the change takes effect.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. api69 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify api69 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

api69 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Depending on the level of account activity, additional verification rounds may be required.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

1. Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Indonesian ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport.
2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your full name and Indonesian residential address, dated within the past three months.
3. Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the bank account passbook or a screenshot of the registered e-wallet account, confirming ownership of the payment method linked to your api69 account.

All submitted KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. Documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the api69 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversions are applied. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawal requests:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000.
• Accepted deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to your api69 account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are generally instant.
• api69 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The target processing time for withdrawal requests is under 15 minutes during standard WIB (UTC+7) banking hours, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any account flags.
• Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours — including late-night hours and Indonesian public holidays — may experience extended processing times.
• api69 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly above the Member's typical transaction history.
• Winnings that include bonus-derived funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

api69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is disclosed at the point of activation.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Standard bonus validity is 7 days from the date of activation unless otherwise specified.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are disclosed within each bonus offer's specific terms. Generally, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Activating a new bonus while an existing bonus is active is not permitted without forfeiting the current bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: api69 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet cycling, coordinated wagering to exploit bonus terms, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any account found to be abusing promotional terms will have associated winnings voided and may face permanent suspension.
• api69's Right to Modify: api69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already activated and in progress.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the api69 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting (football, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slot titles), and sabung ayam (virtual cockfighting):

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the platform and a transaction record is generated in your account history. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues or platform errors do not constitute valid wagers.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wager types and are displayed on each individual market or game. api69 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
• Odds & Payouts: All sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the point of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Void Bets: api69 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an error in odds, market description, or technical fault has materially affected the integrity of the bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play wagers are subject to pre-match rules unless specifically stated otherwise on the market. Suspension of live markets may occur without notice in response to significant in-game events; bets placed during a market suspension may be voided.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game or live dealer session, all bets placed during the affected session may be voided at api69's discretion. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.

Product-specific rules for sports betting (bandar bola — organized football wagering — and mix parlay accumulators), live casino titles, and togel draws are published separately within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the api69 platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, exploit a bonus, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game or market.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds differentials across markets or between api69 and other platforms in a manner designed to generate risk-free profit at the expense of api69's commercial viability.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund an account. All chargeback attempts are investigated and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to otherwise facilitate financial crime.
• Underage Registration: Registering an account while under the age of 21, or facilitating the registration of an account by a person under 21.
• Abusing Platform Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or system fault to obtain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated through exploitation of known errors are not payable.

api69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected engagement in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe following a formal request.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Member themselves through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Sustained inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 25.000 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms (e.g., at the Member's own request), any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of KYC requirements and a standard security review.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed Terms violation, api69 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses suffered by the platform as a direct result of the violation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api69 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond api69's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or other information displayed on the platform that results from a third-party data feed error, provided that api69 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon identification.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even where api69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the platform. By registering an account and placing wagers, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome.

api69's aggregate liability to any individual Member, arising from any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude api69's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

All content on the api69 platform — including but not limited to the api69 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of api69 or is used under license from the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• The right to scrape, index, or systematically extract any data or content from the platform.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.

Any unauthorized use of api69's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. To report intellectual property concerns, contact us at the email address listed in Section 16.

api69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data submitted during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Financial transaction data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• api69 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game studios, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly as necessary for the operation of the platform.
• All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections and stored on secured servers.

api69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, api69 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api69 holds its operating license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party providing formal written notice to the other, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, api69 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be contractually excluded or waived.
